Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, or otherwise contacting us, does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project. Any actual engagement for cloud, cybersecurity, software development, or managed IT services will be governed by a separate, mutually signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or contract, setting out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, service levels and terms applicable to that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement governs with respect to that engagement.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Vilagi mark, illustrations, layout, and underlying code — is the property of Vilagi IT Solutions FZE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Any intellectual property rights arising from deliverables under a signed service agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
